Our strategic aim is to deliver best value for money services that sustain the Armed Forces at home and during deployment. Our customer excellence and continuous improvement programmes’ have ensured we remain highly competitive in a progressive industry however; key to our success is our uniquely diverse skillset delivering an MRO and U capability on legacy equipment through to present day technologies.

Our capability strategy ensured DECA were recently selected by the F-35 Joint Program Office to be the global repair hub providing maintenance, repair, overhaul and upgrade services for F-35 avionic and aircraft components.

Mae ein rhaglenni rhagoriaeth cwsmer a gwelliant parhaus wedi sicrhau ein bod ni’n parhau i fod yn gystadleuol iawn mewn diwydiant sy’n datblygu o hyd ond; yr allwedd i’n llwyddiant ydy ein gallu unigryw ac amrywiol i wneud gwaith cynnal a chadw, atgyweirio, archwilio ac uwchraddio ar hen offer yn ogystal â thechnolegau cyfoes.

Oherwydd hyn, yn ddiweddar bu i Swyddfa’r Cyd-brosiect F-35 ddewis DECA i fod yn ganolfan atgyweirio byd-eang sy’n darparu gwasanaethau cynnal a chadw, atgyweirio, archwilio ac uwchraddio ar gyfer cydrannau afionig ac awyrennau F-35.

Warwick Chemicals’ site at Mostyn produces a small but vital part of powder detergents that are sold by large multinationals such as Procter and Gamble. Dealing with multinationals demands the highest standards of service and a willingness to work closely with the customer at multiple levels in the organisation from operations and quality to R and D and sales.

On the half day visit to the site, Warwick will share some of the ways that they meet the needs of this demanding group of customers profitably.

This strategy enabled them to win a Supplier Excellence award from Procter and Gamble in 2016 - something that only 31 other companies achieved out of their global supplier base of over 50,000 companies!

The visit will include a site tour and a buffet lunch where you will be able to ask questions to members of the Warwick team.

Disgrifiad:Teitl: Archwilio data, rheolaeth a phenderfyniadau mewnweledol

Yng ngofal: Y Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol, Casnewydd

Y Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol ydy cynhyrchydd annibynnol ystadegau swyddogol mwyaf Prydain yn ogystal â’r Sefydliad Ystadegol Cenedlaethol. Rydym ni’n gyfrifol am gasglu a chyhoeddi ystadegau sy’n gysylltiedig â’r economi, y boblogaeth a’r gymdeithas ar lefelau cenedlaethol, rhanbarthol a lleol. Rydym ni hefyd yn cynnal y cyfrifiad yng Nghymru a Lloegr bob 10 mlynedd.

Mae’r Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol yn cynhyrchu ystadegau, dadansoddiadau a gwaith ymchwil yn ddyddiol sydd ag effaith fawr ar yr economi ac ar gymdeithas. O gynnyrch mewnwladol i chwyddiant, o fasnach i ymfudiad, mae ein hystadegau bob tro yn llygad y cyhoedd a dadleuon gwleidyddol. Mae gennym ni enw da am gynnyrch o safon dda ac yn cynhyrchu mwy a mwy o werth ar ddadansoddiad er mwyn caniatáu i bobl Prydain wneud penderfyniadau gwell. Mae ein gallu dadansoddol yn tyfu’r gronfa o arbenigwyr yn rhanbarth de Cymru i fod yn ganolfan gallu data.

Fel nifer o fudiadau eraill, mae’r Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol yn newid o hyd er mwyn symud yr un mor gyflym â’r byd modern. Mae pa mor hawdd ydy mynd at ddata o ffynonellau nad oedden ni’n gallu eu deall o’r blaen yn newid y ffordd rydym ni’n gweithio. Mae hefyd yn newid y cipolwg allwn ni ei roi er lles y llywodraeth, busnesau, gwasanaethau cyhoeddus, y gymdeithas a’r cyhoedd. Fel rhan o hyn, rydym ni’n adeiladu canolfan o arbenigedd trwy ein Campws Gwyddoniaeth Data yng Nghasnewydd. Bydd y ganolfan yn arweinydd byd ar gyfer gwyddoniaeth data wrth inni ddefnyddio ein gallu sy’n tyfu o hyd a gweithio mewn partneriaeth gydag eraill sy’n arloesol gyda gwaith chynhyrchu ystadegau, dadansoddiad a gwaith ymchwil.

Mae’r byd modern yn rhoi cyfle gwych inni wneud yn fawr o nifer fawr iawn o ddata er mwyn helpu pobl sy’n llunio polisïau, ymchwilwyr a busnesau. Er hynny, mae hefyd yn creu problemau. Sut allwn ni fesur dulliau o weithgareddau economaidd a newidiadau mewn cymdeithas sy’n prysur esblygu? Dyma beth ydy ein her ni. Mae Campws Gwyddoniaeth Data y Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol yn rhan o’n hymateb wrth inni adeiladu cenhedlaeth newydd o offer a thechnolegau er mwyn gwneud yn fawr o dwf a pha mor hawdd mynd ato ydy ffynonellau data arloesol ac er mwyn darparu mesuriad a dadansoddiadau cynhwysfawr ar yr economi, yr amgylchedd byd-eang a’r gymdeithas ehangach. O dan y teitl ’Pobl, Planed a Ffyniant’, byddwn ni’n darparu pum rhaglen ymchwil yn seiliedig ar y themâu hyn: Dyfodol trefol; Cymdeithas; Cynaladwyedd; Economi sy’n esblygu, a Phrydain mewn cyd-destun byd-eang.

Bydd y digwyddiad Nabod ein Diwydiannau ar 29 Mehefin 2017 yn rhoi cyfle ichi weld sut rydym ni’n wynebu’r heriau hyn, gan gynnwys trosolwg o’r gwaith gwyddoniaeth data arloesol rydym ni’n ei wneud. Rhan o’n model ydy gweithio gydag eraill er ein lles ein gilydd, felly rydym ni’n awyddus i feithrin ein perthynas gyda chi.
